Dear parents: Today, at Rivercrest Junior High School, your child participated in a n evacuation drill. It is important for students to be prepared and not scared should a situation ever occur. Please talk to your child about the drill, and reinforce the importance of practicing. If this had been a real emergency, you would have received instructions on what needed to be done in order for all students to remain safe and secure. HOSA is hosting this year's blood drive on Wednesday, October 2. We need a minimum of 50 donors.
So anyone that is willing to donate is welcome! If someone is donating for a senior, they need to be sure to mention the seniors name at donation in order for them to receive credit for the Red Cord program.
The blood donated is distributed to our local hospitals. We appreciate anyone willing to sign up to donate. Our next blood drive will be in January. Thank you for your willingness to help save lives!

Rivercrest ISD has optional device insurance available to pay for damages as a result of neglect. Based on the agreement that all students and parents signed prior to the issuance of the Chromebook or iPad, students and parents are responsible for all damage caused by neglect, abuse, or loss.

Thursday morning, September 5th, the JH Volleyball team will take pictures in the gym, beginning at 7:30 AM.
That evening the 7th grade A team will play Clarksville beginning at 5:00 PM. The 8th grade game will follow immediately after.
