In southeast Oklahoma, McCurtain. In northeast Texas, Bowie, Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River, and Titus. * Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon * Widespread rain and a few thunderstorms will continue this morning ahead of an upper level disturbance. Since yesterday, 2 to 5 inches of rainfall have occurred across the watch area. Moderate to occaional heavy rainfall is expected today with an additional 2 to 4 inches possible. * Expect flooding of low-lying areas, and locations with poor drainage.
