Welcome to my Class!

You have seen me on most campuses over the last twenty-five years. I began on the Bogata campus teaching remedial reading and junior high language arts. Later, I moved to the Talco campus and taught second grade for a number of years before returning to my "first love" language arts in middle school. I briefly taught fifth grade at Rivercrest Elementary before again returning to the junior high. I received a B.S. and M.S. from Texas A&M at Commerce.

I have two grown sons who are graduates of Rivercrest, and a new grandson. Talco has been my home, but I now reside in Mt. Vernon.

I expect all my students to be on time for class, to turn in assignments on time, and to come to class ready and eager to learn for the entire period.
