I was born and raised in western Oklahoma. In 1976 I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in humanities and library science. I was a librarian in the Sayre, Oklahoma school system for eight years. My husband, two daughters and I moved to a dairy farm in Bluffton, Minnesota. Eight years later we returned to Childress, Texas and remained there for several years. We came to east Texas to teach in Clarksville. This is my second year at Rivercrest and I love it.
