A Little Bit About Me

I am Margaret Fowler. I have been the librarian at Rivercrest for 17 years. I began my teaching career as a second grade teacher in Dallas ISD. From there I went to Paris ISD as a first grade teacher. Prior to coming here I taught junior high Language Arts in Prairiland ISD at both Deport and Blossom. Coming here was like coming home. The staff is great, and so are the students.
My husband TJ and I live in Pattonville. We have been married 44 years. We attend Calvary United Methodist Church in Paris. We have one daughter, Melanie Dunagan, who teaches first grade at Higgins Elementary in the North Lamar ISD. Our grandson, Colt Moore, is a senior at North Lamar and plays trumpet in their band.
